Hi. I reviewed your edit to the Biogenic Amine Synthesis pathway. AADC does appear to be a synonym of DDC. But you only changed one of two instances of DDC, making it appear like these were two different entities. If you have a strong case for the change (e.g., you are confident that researchers interested in this pathway will better recognize AADC over DDB), then you are welcome to make the change to both instances.
