Dear Sasha, I ran into one of the DataNodes which had a list of Uniprot IDs, rather than a single one, which is expected. Does the list refer to a complex? I am not sure how to get all the IDs for all the Uniprot IDs in that small space, but I moved the IDs now to a comment field, as data mapping would not work anyway, I think...

Thanks for looking into the pathways. This one has been considerable updated since uploaded, but I still have to replace it with the new version. Can you tell me which node this problem occured with, so that I can find out what was wrong?
