External references for genes, proteins and metabolites (3)

Hi. One of the most important features of WikiPathways is the connection of data nodes (genes, proteins and metabolites) to database entries via external references (xrefs). It looks like you missed this feature in the creation of this pathway. Each of your nodes needs to be updated using PathVisio search feature to connect it to a proper identifier database. If these are not added, then the pathway will be deleted from WikiPathways. Please contact us or review the tutorials if unsure how to do this. Thanks! AlexanderPico 21:36, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
