I'd like to fix some issues in this page. Could someone with sufficient privileges make this page editable by logged-in users? Thanks, Eweitz 21:13, 14 June 2021 (UTC)
Hi Eric,
We're actually in the process of adding all relevant queries to our SNORQL interface. You can make pull requests here: https://github.com/wikipathways/SPARQLQueries
Thanks for helping out ;)

The SNORQL UI is great! The wiki UI also really helps read and edit, in ways the other UI doesn't. For reading, the wiki here lets me browse examples without several clicks for each one, and could let me refine help content more easily than opening a PR. Wikidata has many examples in their query UI and in their wiki. (The latter lets any signed-in user edit the Help page.) Such complementary ways to learn and contribute would add value here, too! Hi Eric,
Yes I agree with you, there are still some differences in the SNORQL UI vs the Wiki. The wiki page with SPARQL examples is actually a Help page (which is protected from regular users changing the content). Last night (or for you yesterday afternoon), you have been given access to the Help pages as well.
Good luck, and let us know too if there are questions on SPARQL and/or the WikiPathways RDF.
