Hi Anne,
When I was looking at your PW (http://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP4022) for my curation task, I was very impressed. I saw that 47 out of 138 lines are not connected (see the quality tag fix interactions). You can check which lines are not connected in Pathvisio. Simply click launch editor (so you open your pathway from the WikiPathways website). When you have opened the PW in Pathvisio, hold down: CTRL+L. When you hold down these keys, the unconnected lines are highlighted in green. From there on, you can connect the lines with the corresponding nodes. Your pathway diagram looks good. However, if you add a description, Ontology terms and bibliography it will be more complete.
